Hyde Park Walkabout – June 5th

After what had been a relatively nice week, weather wise, it was somewhat disappointing to hear that the weather wasn’t going to be so good on Sunday the 5th, as that was the day that had been arranged for a walkabout in Hyde Park for The Zentai Project.

The weather didn’t deter us though, and plans had been made for 4 of us (and my owner, the photographer) to assemble around Speaker’s Corner at 2PM for the meet. Unfortunately, one of the group were running slightly late, so 3 of us met up and wandered down to the toilet’s I’d used to change when I came here for the Morph Meet.

After a bit of a wait, we all managed to get changed (it was quite busy and there were only two cubicles!), we all congregated outside the toilets and set off around the park. The weather was very lightly drizzling on and off, and the park didn’t seem to be quite as busy as we’d expected it to be – what with the weather not being as nice etc.

Due to the rather low numbers of people around the park, there wasn’t as much chance of audience reactions that we usually get, unfortunately. However, there were a few notable incidents in the walk…

A police van with a rather large number of officers in the back was driving round patrolling the park and stopped a bit further ahead of us. As we approached the van, one of the officers jumped out the back, and while we were expecting a comment to be made (like no hoods for example) all he did was make a rather bizarre passing comment, get back in and drive off. At least we must have made them smile which is what it’s all about.

My owner, being dressed normally, commented as we walked over a bridge to cross the serpentine, that a number of cars, including another police car, seemed to be pointing at us and looking amused by the 3 of us out and about… so at least they seemed happy as well!

We also met a couple of tourists just after crossing the bridge, who wanted pictures taken with us… and then started asking us for London Travel Advice – where’s the nearest tube station etc.

We headed to the Princess Diana memorial fountain, and were approached by someone asking the common question of “why are you doing this?”, and we responded in the usual way of “for fun” he persistently kept asking why we were doing this… as if he couldn’t quite grasp the concept.

Shortly after we left the memorial fountain, we met up with Pippin and did some posed pictures on a park bench while working out what to do. The consensus was to finish wandering round the Serpentine, and head back to the toilets to get changed. As we did this, we got stopped by a couple of tourist groups wanting pictures with us, which we were happy to oblige and we stopped for a couple more group photos for the website too.

We headed back to the toilets, decided it was time to get changed, and just after we did – it started to rain – really rather heavily; more by luck than judgement that we’d got changed. We’d been walking for about 90 minutes by this point, so we headed up to KFC for some drinks, a debrief and to review some of the pictures. We then headed off up to Heros…. but more on that in a different blog post.

Morph Meet in Hyde Park 9th April 2011

Well, Spot made an outing to Hyde Park in London today to join up with the Morph Meet organised through Facebook.

Before anyone comments on the differences between Morphsuits and Zentai, I know them and I have my feelings too … and this is not a place to air those concerns … so please don’t …

This is going to be a little out of order to the days events, but hopefully makes sense.

Due to it being a nice day and I was not doing anything else specific today I decided to go along and join the Morph Meet. However, whilst stood waiting on the tube to go into London I read their ‘plan’ for the event and decided I wouldn’t directly participate as I’m not really a fan of conga and limbo etc … that said, I was welcomed by the Morphers once I’d got changed.

So … on arrival at Hyde Park, a few minutes later than planned (my fault for not waking up this morning), I stood and watched the organised chaos for a while … and also stood chatting to Rover the pup and associates and Toby the pup. Eventually the courage in me took over and I went and changed … during some point just after the Morphers had played “Hide and Seek – ish”

I went and got changed and came back to Toby etc with my Dalmatian Zentai on and Harness and Lead, where upon I dropped to all 4’s – since that’s how pups should be *wags*.

Shortly after the Morphers came back from a gathering near some roller-skaters and they caught sight of me … well, I have to say I was a bit nervous, since I was not sure how they may react and also I hadn’t joined in from the start. Luckily they thought I was great and wanted pictures of which I had no problems with *wuff*.

The Morphers then went off for a group meet up and group photos, whereupon I stayed back and just soaked up the sun.

After the Morphers had done their thanks to those that organised the event and had their group photos they all started to disperse … well, not quite … they joined in with some dancers on the band-stand for one dance. After that a few of the Mophers wanted a pic with me over with them, so I bounded off towards them, but my lead was ‘clipped’ to the bench, which took me by surprise, since the screwed down bench with 3 or 4 people sat on it didn’t move!!!!! I came to an abrupt stop!!! My lead was released and I went and joined the photo shoot to lots of ear scritches and “good dog” etc *wags*. There after the crowed of Morphers went on their way … anyways …

Once the bulk of the crowd had gone, a photographer came over and asked if it was ok to take some pics. As you’ve guessed, I said “No problems” and so he set up a pose and took a few pics. Afterwards he mentioned that he’d a friend/colleague(?) who had used some pictures of me from the British Museum and a picture of the tube and had entered them into an exhibition …. so we swapped details and have sent an email for more info …. so watch this space, I may be used in a Photographic Exhibition πŸ™‚ *wags* *bounds round excitable*

A few pics of Spot out in the sun at Hyde Park:

For more generic pictures of the Morph Meet, please check out Morph Meet – Hyde Park, London (9th April) on a sister site we’re setting up specifically for Zentai in Public, in addition to this site which is about me and my pup and kink life.

Oh, just realised I forgot to add in the Xmas posts … I stayed round at a friends for Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day she sent the Black Labrador Guide Dog that she has in to wake me up in the morning … Well, from what I got told I ended up with my arm over the dog and went back to sleep as if the Black Lab was a cuddly toy. *Wags*

For Christmas I got a chew toy, a tuggy toy and doggy wipes (Like Baby Wipes but bigger, and won’t taste nasty if you lick it… I think!).
Annie stole my tuggy toy, but I rescued it back before she got too far away from me with it.

Mum gave me a Dalmatian pyjama case … which I didn’t let go of all Christmas Day whilst at Mum’s … and when I did let go of it, they hid it from me *whines*.
What was slightly awkward was unbeknown to me, Scamp had bought the same present for me … but at least I know have twins … *wags* … Splodge and Dollop (I had to rename one of them :() … well, I realised that: Splodge, Dollop and Spot are all forms of paint. A Splodge of Paint, A Dollop of Paint and a Spot of Paint … hehe

Well, Christmas night, I stayed over there again, but this time Annie jumped in the bed with me and wedged herself between the wall and me!! Well, now I know what my owner feels like!! Not long after I got comfy, Annie had her back against the wall, and then pushed against me with her paws!!! EEEEEEEEEKKKKK, the edge of the bed fast approached. Luckily Annie’s paws don’t stretch to the edge of the bed, so I didn’t quite fall out!
Well, all night Annie and I slept together, 2 pups in the bed *wags*.
I know I’ve said it before, but I do think that the pup in me is far more than just me playing role-play … I live it and breath it and really am a pup in mind, and in body (well as best as I can be when by nature I’m a human body)

Delayed Snow Post

Well, the snow at the end of 2010 has caused much disruption to all … however that is not the reason why my post got delayed of Spots antics in the snow … this post got delayed due to having Panto in at work (and don’t start the “He’s behind you” gags … I’ve still got 8 more shows to go, and have almost learnt the entire script by heart!!!)

Anyways, back to the point: Snow late December 2010 … Well Spot didn’t play out in the snow the night it happened, due to a combination of errors; however I did end up out in the snow on the 18th December … But in a slightly different attire to the norm. I went out in a thin wetsuit sort of dive skin. However this wasn’t as warm as it could have been, so there were not many pictures taken … still, there are some below for you to have a look at.

A few days later (I think the 20th) Due to an interesting happening (blame the snow) a pup named Scamp ended up back at ours … πŸ™‚ *wags tail* which was fun, even though work meant it was a late night home, and equally an early ish start the next day … so not a lot happened apart from a long chat about putting the world to rights … however …..
The same evening, the snow was taken advantage of and I swapped out of domestic clothes and into Spot … put my latex paws on, and bounded carefully out into the snow πŸ™‚ *Whimpers* it was COLD!!! but some pictures were taken, to prove that Spot did go out into the Snow, and also how cool the paw prints were that I left as I went out *wags tail*

I know there are not as many pictures or even a video (as there was back in Febuary) however being a Theatre Technician, and at this time of year Panto is the ‘in-thing’ meaning time is scarce and so the snow couldn’t be ‘played in’ to it’s full advantage. *Ears down* … maybe next time the snow comes heavilly I’ll go out and spend more time playing in it.

*Wags and Nuzzles*

Just a quick post to wish all the readers of my blog a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I have been out playing in the snow, but unfortunately the pictures are not with me at the moment, so I’ll need to write that after Christmas.
