*Wuffs* to all my followers, readers and fellow pups … HAPPY 2013 to you all!

Now, you may be wondering what mischievous things this pup got up to on New Years Eve going into New Years Day ……

Well …… I’m going to disappoint …… Nothing happened – this puppy has had a cold since the day after Xmas, and it still hasn’t shifted fully.

I was supposed to be going to a New Year’s Party as Spot, but I felt sooo bad yesterday, I decided that it wouldn’t be fair on those at the party to have to look after an ill puppy too. Also I wouldn’t have been able to relax and unwind and become Spot as I’d have been coughing and snivelling all night …

However, what it has meant is that by taking it easy last night I actually feel a load better today!

Sorry to disappoint, but health comes first (even I have to remind myself that at times!)

A couple of weeks ago, my owner and I received an invite to go and visit Statik for the evening for some pizza, kink and a chance to meet MikePaws and PVCPup – who we’d met briefly at our last visit to the BBB, but had wanted to meet Spot even more. An extra surprise was that Gizmo was also invited along and would be heading there after he’d got his car.

It was requested that I come in full pup gear, ideally with my rubber puppy outfit on, rather than my normal Lycra one, which I’d agreed to assuming the temperature was OK. After the pizza had been ordered, I made the decision to change in to the full latex puppy outfit so that I’d be ready when the Pizza Man came to the door to greet him… I was changed in time, and this prompted PVCPup to go off and get changed in to his new rubber outfit as well.

Pizza had arrived, and I didn’t fully greet the pizza man at the door (Statik would like to use that particular pizza company again!) but I then started lounging around on the floor until PVCPup reappeared – at which point, we met as puppys do πŸ˜€

I was starting to get slightly stiff on the floor, so I eventually moved up on to the couch, at which point we started making a “Pup Sandwich” with Gizmo (who was dressed as a human *whines*) myself and PVCPup. This then involved more of a carry-on including me trying to grab Gizmo’s shirt sleeve, but instead biting his arm instead *paws over eyes*

All in all, it was a good fun night and I enjoyed myself getting a chance to just relax and unwind for the evening πŸ™‚

*Bounds round really excitedly*

Well, I guess before you even started to read this post you’ve noticed a change to the website … No content has changed, so you’ll still find your favourite pictures and posts etc, but I got to the point where the old layout was looking a bit dated.

Over the last week or so, with the assistance of my owner who has helped train me in web-programming as he understands web-programming intimately, we’ve heavily updated the website looks.

Let me know what you think, and equally if you find any bugs or errors on the site so that I can look into it and improve it

PLEASE NOTE: This is currently optimised for Safari, FireFox and Google Chrome … Internet Explorer may have some slight minor issues, and they are being worked on as we speak (Internet Explorer 6 however is the worst case!)

Outings

Spot’s had two outings recently, both in to London.

The first of these was last Saturday, the 18th to Fettered Pleasures as we had heard the store was closing down and we went for one last visit, mainly as on a previous trip, I’d been asked to come back as Spot – so I duly did so. We both had a look around and a chat with the owner as best we could, but in the end we came away empty handed.

However, the good news is they are only closing the physical high street shop; they shall be continuing to trade online, so we can still buy anything we saw that we might want.

The second trip out was today, on what has to be one of the warmest days of the year so far. Today’s trip was to be a walk with a collection of people from a couple of kink websites I am a member of, who meet up regularly for walks. I started off thinking it may be too warm for the Spot Zentai, so I set off from our “local” tube station wearing some running shorts and a vest but with a couple of other options in a bag my owner had.

Although we were running late, we arrived at the train station in time to catch the train which others were getting and meet up with Scamp and his partner. As we got off the train at the other end we realised everyone else was on the same train *paws over eyes* as we’d sat at the very back of the train as we got on it just before it was due to leave.

We started off walking from the station, following the ‘Capital Ring’ and, as usual, we got lost – taking a slight detour than the one we were meant to take. As far as we can tell, we’d just misread a sign OR walked straight past another one telling us where to go. Oh well, so then we set off on the main route. About this time I decided that it would be better to be in Spot and pup mode rather than just in Lycra out for a walk … so I dived off the path in to the woods to change. On rejoining the group, we carried on walking, getting a few stares from various people and road users as we crossed roads and wandered through parks.

Part of the walk usually involves people taking over from leading the group, and at times I was in front, following the signs, being a guide dog – or as someone said ‘a pointer’ leading the way – still, we found base number one which was to be a cafe. This prompted the first audible comment of the day “Is that man in his pyjamas?” – the answer is, of course, no, I wasn’t. We carried on walking, and stopped for refreshments where Rover (who organises the walks) owner sponsors a brick. This meant that I crammed two of the cookies Scamp had made in to my mouth – the whole cookie at once! This also meant we could get some group photos and the pups could be a bit silly.

The rest of the walk followed the same format, stopping occasionally, following signs, chatting and walking and being pup like. The few people who made comment on me did at least realise I was a dalmatian – as usually they think I’m something else!

The walk was actually quite pleasant, and I wasn’t quite as warm as I thought I might be in the end! We finished the main bit of the walk at Charlton Station, where we got a train a couple of stops then had a walk through Greenwich Park to reach a pub which someone knew of. We then had a couple of quiet drinks in the pub before heading for home, still dressed as Spot. When we were waiting on the tube at Canary Wharf, a group of girls asked me why I was dressed like I was. I just replied ‘Why Not?’ and they said ‘fair enough’ and enquired if I was going to a party. I said no, but I had been out for a walk earlier. Also, a lady wanted to take my picture on the tube, so I let her πŸ™‚ Unfortunately, on arrival back at the car, I had to get changed back in to domestic clothes due to needing to stop at a petrol station on the way home πŸ™
