This pup has been allowed to go on holiday… Passport in paw, my handler and I went off for a weekend away in Belgium and Netherlands, and thankfully, we got the right weekend what with the snowy weather we’ve had since!

Well, OK, there was reason to the trip… I was one of the judges for the Mr Puppy Europe competition this year. My massive congratulations to all who entered (HackHeroTeckNoxMattBuumiMakker and Zaush) but particularly to Pup Matt from France, who won 🙂 This trip also gave us a chance to catch up with some people including The Kinksters, Latex 101 and some of the team from Recon as well as many random people. With this catch up with people I haven’t seen for quite some time – something may be occurring …. watch this space later in the year 😉

Around the area of the Leather Pride event, which Mr Puppy Europe is part of are some historic cranes, and while I had a moment spare, we thought we’d take some photos.

Also the stand just opposite Camp-K9 (Camp-K9 is the area that we use in Darklands for the pups) there was some HUGE dog status, so it had to be done … a quick photo beside one of them

After the contest and Pup Matt being awarded the title of Mr Puppy Europe 2018, we all descended upon a local pizza restaurant for a celebratory meal. The staff there were very accommodating, considering it’s such a small venue, and over 40 of us pups and handlers, judges and helpers arrived!!! … Due to the numbers, we had to sit outside in -4 deg C having food and drink … but that certainly didn’t take the chill off the fun … and to keep warm, I put on my Dalmatian print onesie, then my Mr Puppy UK 2015/(16) jacket over the top, so I still basically resembled the same pup that had arrived at the restaurant *wags*

For logistical reasons with travel, we knew we would end up having a few hours to spend in Amsterdam. So before leaving Antwerp we visited Mr-B (Antwerp) after leaving the hotel, before walking down to the train station. Once at the train station, a quick bite to eat and then a few pictures as puppy in the train station. (and we also bumped into ZaushPuppy who was also making his way home.

Once on the train in the warm, I couldn’t resist but to travel as puppy

Sadly with how chilly it was, I covered back up with Combat trousers and Fleece as we arrived in Amsterdam. I stayed dressed over the top of puppy whilst we did our wander round town and we did manage to take a look in a few shops, including Mr B and ROB before we had to head for the plane home. However, once in Amsterdam train station and knowing that for the next while I’d be inside, I changed back to become puppy and put my domestic clothes in the bag, before taking a few pictures outside the station.

After the pictures, a coffee in the train station to warm up before catching the train to Schipol Airport.

With my puppy hood in my paws…

I managed to travel from Amsterdam Train Station to Luton Airport as full puppy (minus hood) – stopping for a bite to eat in the Schipol airport though.

Being almost full pup causes great merriment with security at the airport and they even remarked that dogs can’t come through security… and some staff were inquisitive and asked a few questions, which I happily answered explaining who and what I am 😉 . Being puppy on the plane also was fun 🙂

… the airline crew asked, once we’d landed, to see me with the pup hood on, so I happily agreed *waggles* – but so as not to cause trouble in Luton airport, I took the hood back off and carried it with me in my paws.

… Sadly though when back at Luton, I had to put my fleece back on as it was just too chilly waiting on the bus to the car park!

A PAWESOME weekend away, and hope to have more pup time this year and keep my paws typing in my blog as I know I ended up a bit distant from the blog and pup time during 2017 … so here’s to a more enjoyable pup-filled time of 2018. *wags*

Amsterdam Trip – Feb 2017

This post is somewhat ‘old news’ but still worth posting *waggles*

To follow up on my time at Mr Puppy Europe back in February 2017, I carried on for a short break afterwards ….

After arriving in Amsterdam (still dressed as puppy after leaving Antwerp 😉 ) and finding our hotel – puppy had a good sniff around to make sure that it was all safe…

I just had a chilled out night – well, we made use of the on site spa and sauna facilities and had some dinner… After returning to our room, we set about starting to plan our day out the next day.

Our initial plan was to visit some of the more adult shops, to see if there were things that we wouldn’t normally see in the shops in London. I’d decided, given that we were in Amsterdam, I was on holiday and the nature of the shops that we were going to go, that I’d spend the day out and about as Spot.

However, the first port of call was to see if we could find a sign similar to one I’d spotted at Schipol Airport when we’d arrived – a BIG “Amsterdam” sign… I’d also seen one when we drove past in the taxi on the way to the hotel the night before. As it happened, Google Maps had such a sign highlighted on it! It was my goal for this part of the holiday to be “pup on tour” so it was decided that this was to be a good starting point – assuming the weather stayed nice! My owner and I duly got in to the city on a tram, found where we were getting off and found the sign – it was quite busy but still managed a few photos.

Puppy then wanted to go from there to a number of adult shops in the city – having plotted a route out from the list of shops, to see what we could see. There was definitely more selection of some things in the shops in Amsterdam than there were in London. During this time Pup Turbo, the IPTC International Puppy 2016 (that we had met in Antwerp) came in to Amsterdam to join us, and we’d agreed to meet up with him at Mister B.

We arrived at Mister B, and after I was stopped by someone wanting to film me in the street we went in side to meet him. We had a look around, had a chat with The Puppeteer… and couldn’t resist the temptation to buy some bondage cuffs as well.

After visiting Mister B, and one other shop nearby, we decided it was time to do some genuine tourist things still dressed as puppy!!!

At this point, we decided to visit A’Dam Tower. Through a special offer we got some money off the entry … Turbo and I, decided we wanted to do the swing at the top of the tower (the highest swing in Europe!).

After we had finished on the swing, we went to get some dinner, said our goodbyes and we headed back to the hotel. After a long day out, it was good to be able to make use of the spa and sauna. We decided to spend some time taking some photos for a Twitter Challenge for DareSetter when we got back to the room, since we had the opportunity to.

We also talked about what to do on the Wednesday, including options with and without me being out as puppy. Unfortunately, most of those options ended up having to be the “without” ones due to the weather – it was too wet and windy. We ended up enjoying a canal boat tour around Amsterdam, went back to Mister B to visit Krizzly who was working there that day, and have a wander around the Red Light District. We decided we’d have to come back and do that later though…

After going back to the hotel (and using the Spa and Sauna again) we ended up going back out later, but again puppy couldn’t go – the weather was still not in my favour for being a white puppy!! 🙁 We had some dinner, and had a look around the Red Light District in the evening. I have to say, the one in Antwerp we found ourselves in by accident was a lot nicer!

Thursday was our last day and when we woke up the weather was not great, so ideas for the day were adapted. I left the hotel with puppy on under my clothes – hoping that the weather would either clear up, or once inside in the dry I could change to become pup. When we arrived at the Train Station in Amsterdam I decided to go for it and changed in to Spot and took a fairwell picture just outside the train station (The A’dam Tower is in the background and you can just about see the gantry of the swing we went on a couple of days earlier on the right side of the tower).

My plan was to travel all the way back to the UK as Puppy – Ok, without the hood and the paws on! After some photos, and a quick coffee and breakfast, we headed off to the airport.

Going through security was fun, as the security staff were asking questions about me and being a puppy in a light-hearted way. Given the weather, and on that day the UK was hit with Storm Doris, our return flight was delayed by a good few hours which meant I ended up wandering around Schipol Airport as puppy for longer than I thought.

Once on the plane, there were still many people asking about me and why I like being a puppy, and I enjoy being me and talking about who I am.

This pup certainly enjoyed being on tour, but sadly once home the puppy holiday was over 🙁 … I’ll have to do it again some day soon as it was far too much fun to miss out on future opportunities!

Mr Puppy Europe – 2017

Sorry this took a while to put paws to keyboard, but when you read on, you will see why I found it hard to write … … … Anyway … … … :

The weekend of the 18th and 19th February saw the Mr Puppy Europe Competition held at Darklands, as part of LeatherPride.be; unlike last year where I was competing at the competition (whilst being filmed!), this time I was helping with some of the organisation. Additionally, I had also volunteered to help at a couple of other things along the way for the organisers of leatherpride, Camp K9 and the X-Awards!!!.

We set off from home, to fly out from Luton Airport to Amsterdam, (where we were planning a break at the end of the event) and then jumped on the train to Antwerp. This set the tone of the weekend where I travelled from the Airport Car Park with my blue neoprene dog collar on. The flight there was generally uneventful, and we arrived at our hotel in good time.

At this point, I got changed in to my puppy outfit, repacked the bag slightly and we headed off down to Darklands for the remaining aspects of the Friday, and the opening VIP drinks reception. This gave us the opportunity to see the layout of the venue, catch up with those we know and meet up with various friends. The drinks reception was quite nice, and after it finished, we headed off for food to the Italian we found last year, still in the Zentai (although with clothes over the top) and then retired back to bed for the night.

The Saturday saw Day 1 of Mr Puppy Europe, and also the first of my various other activities I was helping with. As part of the opening introduction on the Main Stage, the Mr Puppy EU Host RipperMoff was doing a sketch where I was involved and had to act with him as a puppy on stage – it was the spoof “Barbera Woodhouse” ‘Sit!’ sketch.

This was great fun *wags* and then it was on to helping the 5 contestants – Pup Bentley: Mr Puppy NL, Pup Farex: Mr Puppy CH, Pup Makke, Pup Barka & Pup Piglet: Mr Puppy UK (or Pup Piglets Blog) and making sure they were OK having been through it myself last year.

On my return to Camp K9 it was time to relax for a bit with a chance to pay in the wonderful Ball Pit.

Then it was on to helping out with the Mr Puppy EU competition again … this time I was helping with the obstacle course as a “safety pup” and also as a bit of a distraction. I was like being a House Robot from the Robot Wars TV series – but in this sense the “House Puppy”… sitting in wait and then pouncing at the end.

My final bit of activity on the Saturday was to be involved in charity wrestling matches of “Pup v Superhero” wrestling matches – with two pups and two superheroes. I’m pleased to report that not only did I win all 5 of my rounds, but the other pup also won all 5 of his – so if you’re ever in trouble you need to call a pup not a superhero! *wags* This event also saw the debut of a new outfit for Spot – a twitter contact has turned one of my spare Dalmatian print zentai in to 2 Dalmatian print thongs – meaning that I can now be a puppy in even less clothes 😉 !

The evening saw us going to the same restaurant as the night before, although this time I’d changed back into normal clothes, having been in the thong rather than the Zentai before hand. However, on the wander back from the restaurant we must have taken a wrong turning somewhere and we ended up wandering around the Red Light District of Antwerp which was an interesting experience!

Sunday saw the main part of Mr Puppy EU, with the Interviews and Stage Presentations. Again, RipperMoff had asked me to help with this part and so I came to be rehearsing on stage while also helping with making sure that some of the contestants got to their interviews.

As the final rehearsals were completed, and it approached time to go on stage, the scene was set. The Master of Ceromnies / main presenter for the Darklands stage event led me on to the stage, and I went and sat like a good puppy in the corner.

He introduced Ripper, and he then left the stage … off we went in to a Cruella De Ville sketch.
RipperMoff did a short ‘phone call’ – wanting the “puppies to be kidnapped tonight”

and then Ripper left the stage for a quick change into a spotty dress. This pup then gets cat-napped by KittyRony to the theme tune of Mission Impossible

(I did well … I got to the safety railings at the front of the stage before my lead was clipped onto my back) and I was dragged off stage to be turned in to a fur coat 🙁 … BTW: From what the pups backstage said “it was quite funny to watch Ripper do a quick change to the theme tune of mission impossible” …
Anyway, RipperMoff re-enters on stage to do a song from 101 Dalmatians in the spotty dress …

meanwhile I remove everything except my hood, collar, paws and knee pads.
At the end of the scene, I was lead back on by ‘Cruella’ to prove that no pups were harmed in the making of the dress … and at this point I re-enter stage with nothing on except my puppy hood, collar, paw and knee pads – I had nothing else on! Much to everyone’s enjoyment – wolf whistles and a round of applause 🙂 *wags*

This was fine, but due to the quick changeovers between this and the next section for RipperMoff, I was left backstage in just the hood and paws (completely nude otherwise) for a few minutes before I could be allowed to change!

I was then there to offer comforting words to the pups that had to go on stage for their acts – a nervous experience as I know only too well!

The afternoon of the Sunday event also saw me presiding over a film screening of the C4 Documentary as the first Mr Puppy UK Title Holder, and the main feature of the documentary, with a Q&A session afterwards. I was also involved at this point with being a pup on-stage for helping present one of the X-Awards. After this I was then backstage to support pups before they went on stage for the results. This was probably the hardest part of the weekend for me mentally, due to my experience last year; that and by the time everyone was either onstage or out front taking photos for the official twitter feed I was all alone 🙁 I was quiet, but OK until the point at which the results were going to be announced, at his moment I had to wander off to give my head a chance to clear (pup hoods do well at hiding tears! 🙁 ) – last year for me was hard in a number of ways: I still have a deep sadness I didn’t succeed for the UK, I feel I let the team down for not being the 2016 title holder for Europe, I had a very awkward experience at the competition last year – and so in all, I just had to wander off to clear my mind from these sad thoughts…. [as a serious point to those that took part this year, I wasn’t in the right place in my mind to listen to the results – sorry]. It was while I was away I met someone that I have known domestically for a number of years! Talk about shock… but it also helped me come back to the happy side of pup life and such like – so in many ways it was bizarre, but a blessing to meet this friend 🙂 … I headed back to Camp K9 in happy spirits to give all the contestants a congratulations and hugs etc … They all did well – I’ve been there and it’s not an easy place to be – you are constantly on the go, with no time to relax, you’re there impressing the judges, being interviewed and just being the best you can be … so in my eyes, everyone deserves a medal for taking part, it takes courage!! FYI, Piglet (UK) came third, Bentley (NL) came 2nd and Farax (BE) was crowned the title holder for 2017.

As the end of the event wound down, the group of us from the Europe Competition went out on mass to the same Pizza Restaurant

– we had mentioned the night before to the waiters that we would be back – but I don’t think they were expecting the party of 2 to turn in to a party of 18 overnight! A fantastic meal was had by all – with me still in my pup gear, many others still displaying tails clipped on belts etc. and the majority, if not all, of the customers being from Darklands! “Cheers!!!” to all those that organised or took part in this years competition, and if any one (pups included) want support from me, then just *bark* at me and I will do what I can to help *wags*

After the meal we all went our separate ways, and said our congratulations and goodbyes … gave hugs to all, and then we wandered back to the hotel for a good nights sleep before setting off on the second part of our adventure.

The Monday saw us returning to Antwerp train station to depart for Amsterdam – but I wanted to travel as a pup, so bags packed, me in pup-gear, we set off (though I did keep the hood and paws in the bag, and only got them out for an odd photo or 2 on the journey). We ran in to RipperMoff at the train station before departing but other than that we enjoyed a nice train journey to Amsterdam, with me constantly as puppy. This did gather a few interesting looks from people on the way but I had fantastic fun doing it!

Amsterdam & our short holiday there is a separate blog post to follow 😀

Oh, and if you want to, you can read Pup Piglets interview with me before the Europe Competition on his blog

January 2016 – The start of a fun year!

Feb 142016

Forgive me for the delay in writing about January, a lot happened and I’ve been involved in quite a few things since then which has delayed me putting paws to keyboard.

I actually had quite a busy January, managing to attend quite a few events, including a new one – more details later on that though.

January started off with a visit to Heros, although due to work commitments I arrived quite late with just enough time to wish people a happy new year, have a drink and then to go back home on the train. However, it was a great chance to chill out as me at the start of the year.

I then managed to make a visit, for the first time in a long time, to Fetishbound where I met up with quite a few puppies that I know – Huskin, Marbles, Acey, Hexyc, Flint. I had a good time playing with all the pups there batting balls around etc.

Then it was time for my visit to a new place… As part of winning Mr Puppy UK, I won free admission to Kink in Liverpool, an event run by The Kinksters. It was something I’d wanted to visit for a number of years, but work very often got in the way. However, this time it didn’t. We’d booked our hotel and our train and on the Friday, my owner and I travelled up, with me wearing my dog collar all the way there.

We got to Liverpool, and as we were taking our bag down on the train, we discovered the end pouch with all the bondage cuffs etc. had been ripped – thankfully, nothing fell out and we could fit it elsewhere in the bag… but that could have been embarrassing.

After getting in to the hotel, showering and having a spot of dinner, we took off for the club. As it was our first time there, we were allowed in 30 minutes early to have a familiarisation tour around the venue. We enjoyed the tour then I set about getting changed, and my owner helped a friend we met there get in to the rubber.

After a spot of wandering around, experiencing the venue and meeting people I’d not seen in a long time, I had a bit of a play in the puppy room with the pups and we enjoyed some of Sister Jacquei’s bingo game. Unfortunately, the one facility in the venue that I wanted to play with, a bondage wheel, was broken on this visit 🙁 but hopefully it will be fixed when we return again.

My owner ended up locking me in to the isolation cell in the downstairs basement, a padded, darkened room for a good period of time, then when I was out I was attached to a stretching rack and stretched for a bit. However, all too soon the evening came to an end and it was time to head back to the hotel.

We both had a fantastic time, and when events and no work commitments coincide I’ll definitely be going back!

On the Saturday after Kink I woke up still in full Spot outfit, as I’d been so tired once back at the hotel I must have sat on the bed and fallen straight to sleep … still with harness, knee pads on etc! In the morning – once re-dressed normally – for the journey home, I was wired up to the E-Stim Systems Remote Box with the sticky electrodes in a fun location 😉 … and on the entire journey home from about 11:30 am I was tormented! nearly 2 batteries were flattened, and then once it was nearly bedtime I was then put onto the E-Stim Systems 2B power box and was eventually allowed to have a very happy ending to the weekend! *wags*

There has been other moments in January, mainly involving electro stimulation stuff from E-Stim Systems … It’s been a fun month! 🙂

On top of this, there was the visit to the Pup Social, which I got heavily involved with playing with a laser pointer! I also had fun playing with other pups, batting a big tennis ball and puppy bowls between us! … There was also a Skype call with Bethany, which was fun too. … After the afternoon session, it was time for dinner …. then back for the evening. Time rattled past very quickly, and the next thing we know it had gone midnight, and it was time to leave! 🙁 *whimpers* … Still, a great time was had, and looking forward to the next one.

*wags tail*

Now it’s February, and my main event this month is going to be going to Antwerp for Mr Puppy EU. Wish me luck!
